    CANCELLATION POLICY

  From November 3rd to December 22nd, 2024:  cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival (3 PM Quintana Roo local time). After that date, a penalty of 100% of the stay applies for modification, cancellation or no-show at the hotel. It is mandatory to present official identification at check-in.

  From December 23rd, 2024 to January 2nd, 2025: cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival (3 PM Quintana Roo local time). After that date, a penalty of 100% of the stay applies for modification, cancellation or no-show at the hotel. It is mandatory to present official identification at check-in.

  From January 3rd to April 26th, 2025: cancellations are free of charge up to 21 days prior to arrival (3 PM Quintana Roo local time). After that date, a penalty of 100% of the stay applies for modification, cancellation or no-show at the hotel. It is mandatory to present official identification at check-in.

  From April 27th to June 30th, 2025: cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival (3 PM Quintana Roo local time). After that date, a penalty of 100% of the stay applies for modification, cancellation or no-show at the hotel. It is mandatory to present official identification at check-in.

  From July 1st to August 17th, 2025: cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival (3 PM Quintana Roo local time). After that date, a penalty of 100% of the stay applies for modification, cancellation or no-show at the hotel. It is mandatory to present official identification at check-in.

  From August 18th to September 12th, 2025: cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival (3 PM Quintana Roo local time).   From September 13th to 16th, 2025: cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival (3 PM Quintana Roo local time).   From October 30th to November 2nd, 2025: cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival (3 PM Quintana Roo local time). After that date, a penalty of 100% of the stay applies for modification, cancellation or no-show at the hotel. It is mandatory to present official identification at check-in.

  From April 12th to June 30th, 2026: cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival (3 PM Quintana Roo local time).   From July 1st to August 17th, 2026: cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival (3 PM Quintana Roo local time).
