The "Under 18 Can Enjoy It for Free" promotion applies exclusively to guests ages 0 to 17, with a maximum of three minors per room. Room rates may vary depending on the booking date and stay period. It cannot be combined with other promotions. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival at 3 PM local time in QRoo. After that, a penalty of 100% of the stay applies for any modification, cancellation or no-show at the hotel. It is essential to present official identification at check-in.
